The goal for you and the General Manager is to deliver the cinema business plan by meeting profit targets and growing market share. For this, Vue needs customers through the door, and it’s your role to make sure customers enjoy themselves and want to come back. You’ll know you’re on the right lines through regular management team meetings and business reviews, it’s then over to you to cascade updates and progress to the wider team.
Our Cinema Managers are responsible for managing our Cinema Team Leaders. You’ll be required to coach the Team Leaders and Customer Assistants on providing great customer service, and you’ll need to ensure that all members of your team are trained, motivated and on track.
