I started with Vue in 2007 and my career has progressed at Birmingham Star City from Customer Assistant thru to Cashier and then Team Leader. I transferred to Redditch as a Manager on a secondment and was promoted after one month.
The reason I enjoy working for Vue is the opportunity for progression. The company prides itself on internal promotions and I’m a good example of this. As for what we are looking for in a Manager at Vue – dedication, good organisational skills, quick thinker, profit orientated and in this industry film product knowledge is important as is customer service skills.
